About the “Memory Wall” project
The “Memory Wall” is a digital humanities project led by CIEDA (Center for International Exchanges Digital Alliance), which aims to preserve and present, in digital form, cross-border and cross-cultural memories of exchange and the spiritual wealth they carry.
Through collection, arrangement and curation, the project brings images, documents and oral memories of historical and humanistic value together on a single “digital memory wall”, for the public to browse, study and pass on, fostering understanding and dialogue between civilisations.
